Lowest Price Guarantee

We scour other websites to bring you the best prices on wheels and accessories. You may find other websites advertising lower pricing and if it is a valid website with the item in stock, we will match or beat their price. Before you ask us to match another website's pricing, they must be an authorized dealer of the brand of wheels, they must have the exact wheels with the correct offset and size in stock, and the price must be in writing. We do not go by a screenshot of the checkout cart, an email, or take one’s word. We reserve the right to call the merchant that you are comparing prices in order to check the pricing and availability. We do not honor price matching from websites that do not advertise the correct MAP pricing, and reserve the right to refuse the guarantee if we deem the website is fraudulent or not an authorized dealer.

Sale Pricing & Promotional Sales

The sale price of any wheels on sales can change at any time without prior notice. Most of the wheels on sale are in limited supply and once they are sold, the sales on the specific wheels will end. Once the wheels are sold out, we will try our best to remove the listing, but in the case a customer’s order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if we cannot come to an agreement with the customer on a substitute at our discretion. We are constantly adding new items, and human error will occur, therefore, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, but we will do our best to honor pricing on a case by case basis and ultimately at our discretion.

Product Availability

We try very hard to keep products on our website accurate and up to date. As with most custom wheel websites, we offer many styles of wheels from many manufacturers. Some of these wheels we have in our inventory and most of them are available from the manufacturers inventory. Not all styles, colors, sizes, offsets or bolt patterns are available at all times. Our inventory as well as the manufacturer’s inventory are constantly changing. We do our best to remove discontinued styles and add the new ones, but keeping them updated is a continuous process and we do our best to keep them up to date. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, cancel, reject or limit the quantities of any order placed due to the product being unavailable. We will notify you if the product(s) you ordered are unavailable. Your credit card or Paypal account will not be charged if the product ordered is unavailable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Pricing Policies

We do our best to keep prices on our website accurate and up to date. Since we are all human, sometimes typing errors happen. If you notice a price on our website that looks wrong or too good to be true (such as a $500.00 wheel listed for $5.00), it's probably an error. We will correct the error as soon as it is brought to our attention. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, cancel, reject or limit the quantities of any order placed due to a pricing error. We will notify you if there is a pricing discrepancy of the product(s) you ordered. Your credit card or Paypal account will not be charged if we notice a pricing error on your order. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Guaranteed Fitment

With our massive online gallery of installed wheels/tires on vehicles we have empowered our customers to make the proper fitment decisions. You will see many of our customers go beyond the “conservative” fitment offered my manufacturers and “guaranteed” by our competitors. They are doing this by making modifications and trimming plastic and sometimes metal to make the wheel/tire combo fit. For this reason, we fill the order as you have placed it with the assumption you will make the appropriate modifications to fit the wheel/tire combo.

When you provide the correct year, make, model (and version if applicable) information about the vehicle we do verify bolt pattern, TPMS sensors and lug nuts (these items we guarantee fitment).

If you have questions or do not know the proper fitment on lifted, leveled or even stock applications – please send an email to sales@tireandwheelguys.com so that we may make our best recommendation for what should work. In some cases, minor trimming will be needed to accommodate oversized tires or wide/high negative offset wheels. Additionally, we cannot guarantee fitment on custom drilled wheels, but should the manufacturer make a mistake – we will help broker a solution. Some vehicles or applications may not apply. In those cases, we’ll tell you before you purchase.

Fraud Prevention

We practice fraud prevention techniques which include verification of your payment account and address confirmation. We may also use third parties to help us validate, analyze or access the risk of any order placed on our website. We reserve the right to decline or reject any order placed without giving any reason. Fraud attempts will be reported to the authorities and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Shipping & Delivery

A tracking number will be e-mailed upon shipment. The fixed price for shipping & handling charges only applies to residents of the continental United States – excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Extra charges will apply for shipments to APO/FPO. A sales representative will contact you regarding the extra shipping costs. We normally ship within 24-48 hours after receipt of a cleared Paypal or Credit Card payment with a confirmed address before 5 PM Pacific Standard Time during weekdays. There are times that shipping will take longer: back-ordered items, items that did not pass quality checks, etc. We will inform the customer if there is a foreseeable shipment delay.

NOTICE: Wheels that require custom drilling, finishing, powder coating and/or other custom alterations require on average 5 additional business days for processing times. During the holiday season, there will be shipping delays due to the amount of merchandise being shipped through providers. Please understand that this is out of our control, and customers understand and agree that shipping delays are acceptable.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be submitted the same day that the order is placed to avoid order cancellation fees. Orders cancelled after the date the order was placed are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If the product(s) have been ordered from our suppliers or have been shipped, your order is subject to all freight and handling charges plus a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged Items

Upon delivery, please inspect all packages for damage. If you receive a damaged item, make a note of the damage on the shipper’s receipt, notify the shipping company and file a damage claim form. If necessary, we can assist in this process. Please notify us promptly so we can send you a replacement. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

14-Day Return Policy

All returned merchandise must be in new condition with all original accessories and packaging. All returns or cancelled orders are subject to all freight and handling charges plus a 25% restocking or cancellation fee. Items that qualified for our "free shipping" are subject to shipping charges accrued both to and from the customer. All merchandise must be properly packaged for shipping.

Wheels must be fit checked on the vehicle before mounting tires on them. Mounted wheels are not returnable. Wheels that were shipped with tires mounted on them must have not been installed on the vehicle and driven on.

We are not able to give credit on merchandise which has been damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the wheels are packaged correctly and protected from being damaged.

We will not accept returns on special order wheels or used items.

Please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, packaging and shipping instructions. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned freight collect. Approved RMA numbers will receive store credit for the merchandise or refund to original form of payment.

Warranty for Wheels & Tires

Tire & Wheel Guys warrants that wheels, tires and accessories are brand new and have NEVER been used, except for Close Out or Discounted items, in which case we will communicate this in writing prior to shipping items. All wheels and tires carry a one-year structural/manufacturing defect warranty and a one-year warranty on the finish unless otherwise advertised and communicated by manufactures.

Manufacturers’ warranty does not cover finish issues due to weathering conditions or improper cleaning of wheels and tires. No warranty is provided on custom painted wheels. Polished and billet aluminum wheels oxidize and require regular maintenance; therefore, their finish is not covered by any warranty.

Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warranty any damages or structural failure due to misuse, improper handling, poor road conditions, abuse, dropped, broken, chipped, bent, punctured or physically damaged items.

Return Policy for Warranty Request

Any warranty request must be done by submitting a Warranty Service Request via email to sales@tireandwheelguys.com. Please make sure to include your order number, request reason, supporting pictures and contact information. After submitting said Warranty Service Request, we will review the request and issue an RMA number. Only products with a valid RMA numbers will be accepted. All other returns will be refused on arrival.

When you ship your item, please use a shipping method that can be tracked, such as FedEx or UPS and provide the tracking number to us in writing. Always insure the shipped items for the full purchase price.

Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways for a warranty claim. Make sure you properly package the product when shipping it back to us for warranty. Tire & Wheel Guys is not responsible for damage during shipping due to improper packaging.

If the returned products are found not to be subject to the warranty coverage, the product will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender’s expense.

Legal Notice

This limited warranty is the sole express warranty given and is IN LIEU of all other express warranties, whether oral or written. All implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. This warranty expires upon transfer of title of any products by the original retail purchaser. No warranty or representation by anyone other than the manufacturer shall be binding.

PLEASE TEST FIT ALL WHEELS ON VEHICLE PRIOR TO MOUNTING TIRES ON WHEELS! If there are any issues with the wheels, please do not mount tires. If you mount them, you own them. Buyer assumes FULL responsibility for wheel and tire fitment. The wheel and tire specifications provided with respect to offset, finish, wheel width, bolt pattern and tire size are accurate, however final fitment is the responsibility of the buyer. Please be sure to take into account brake caliper clearance, lug nut size or lug bolt size/length, vehicle ride height and age/condition of vehicle.
